Transformations is an immersive seasonal workshop experience created to support meaningful connection, self-awareness, and grounded personal growth. Through a thoughtful blend of somatic movement, meditation, equine guided connection, energy work, and reflective practices. Participants are invited into a supportive environment designed to encourage balance, embodiment, nervous system awareness, and emotional renewal. Inspired by the rhythms of the seasons, each workshop offers space to pause, reflect, release, and reconnect — creating opportunities for sustainable transformation rather than temporary escape.
